Re-Motivated!

I haven’t been here for some time!  So, here’s what’s happened… Since Ironman in August I’ve not done an awful lot –– a few swims, few bikes rides, a few short runs.  My knee is still giving me problems, stiffening up and becoming painful if I run even 3 or 4 miles.  So I’m not running anymore.  Waiting for an appointment for an MRI and physio, and I’m confident that it’ll get sorted....
